- Sales, marketing, estimating, and client management
- Operations, scheduling, purchasing, budgeting
- Responsibility for securing new projects

- Strong production experience
- Ability to build complete kitchens, vanities, closets, custom cabinets
- Deep industry knowledge: materials, finishing, hardware, workflow
- Ability to manage the shop and develop efficient production systems
- Ability to train and supervise workers as the business grows
- Understanding of quality control and deadlines
- Professional reliability and commitment to partnership
Equity Structure
I am offering equity in the business for the right partner. Equity percentage will depend on your experience, involvement, and what you bring to the partnership.
