- Within 24 hours of ordering: cancel free for a full refund.
- After 24 hours: contact us to cancel. A 10% non-refundable fee applies.
- Custom orders: the 30% deposit is non-refundable once paid.
- Damage: contact us right away and send photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can help fix the issue.
Measurements are the buyer's responsibility. Please double check before ordering.
