These terms cover every order placed with Elgon Cabinets, 4044 Auburn Way N, STE #6, Auburn, WA 98002. Questions: ciprocontractors@gmail.com.
How to order
- Standard cabinets (1 to 3 pieces): paid in full at checkout.
- Custom work or 4 or more cabinets: request a quote. We confirm sizes and send you a drawing. A 30% deposit starts production. The balance is due before your order ships.
Measurements
You are responsible for the sizes you order. Please double check your measurements before ordering or requesting a quote. Custom orders are built to the drawing you approve.
Cancellations
- You can cancel free within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, contact us to cancel. A 10% non-refundable fee applies because your production slot is reserved.
- Custom orders: the 30% deposit is non-refundable once paid.
Lead times
- Standard cabinets: expected delivery 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Custom orders: 3 to 5 weeks.
Shipping and delivery
We ship by curbside freight with liftgate service to the lower 48 states. Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total and is shown at checkout. Please inspect your order on delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Damage
If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away and send photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can help fix the issue.
